A SONG YOU MUST LISTEN TO EVERY TIME IT COMES ON, NO MATTER HOW OLD OR HOW MANY TIMES YOU’VE LISTENED TO IT / A BOOK YOU’LL NEVER GET SICK OF
I have quite a few songs I never get tired of and always have to listen to. I’ll just go with a couple.
Issues Stingray Affliction and Fall Out Boy Sugar We’re Going Down.
A book would probably be The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath.
A SONG THAT REMINDS YOU OF THE CRINGIEST TIME OF YOUR LIFE / A BOOK THAT ALSO REMINDS YOU OF THIS TIME (OR JUST SOMETHING YOU WOULDN’T LIKE AS MUCH IF YOU PICKED IT UP FOR THE FIRST TIME NOW)
Maybe not the cringiest time in my life, but definitely a person I don’t like to think about. I still like this song and book, but they do make me remember that time of my life more than I would like.
The song would be Fast Car by Tracy Chapman.
The book is probably Small Sacrifices by Ann Rule. I really didn’t read much during this time period, but I do remember reading this one then.
A RECENT SONG YOU HAVE ON REPEAT RIGHT NOW / A RECENT FAVORITE BOOK
Not a super recent song, but one I still listen to constantly (and the video linked is mine from a concert a few months ago).
With Confidence Dinner Bell
A recent favorite book is Geekerella by Ashley Poston.
THIS SONG IS ME / THIS BOOK IS ME IN BOOK FORM
I can’t really think of a song that is me. It all depends on the day. But if I think of one, I’ll come back and edit this.
A book would probably be The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli. Not completely me, but I noticed a lot of things that I related to with Molly.
WEIRD BUT I LIKE IT? – A UNIQUE BOOK THAT STUCK OUT TO YOU FOR WHATEVER REASON
I have a few songs, but I’ll go with Morningwood Sugarbaby.
For my book, I’m going with Weird Girl and What’s His Name by Meagan Brothers.
BEST PUMP UP SONG (FOR WORKOUTS OR JUST LIFE) – A BOOK THAT INSPIRED YOU
For a song, I’m going with Harlem by New Politics.
A book that inspired me was Pushing The Boundaries by Stacey Trombley.
FAVORITE CHILL, RELAXING SONG / A BOOK YOU’D CURL UP WITH AND READ ON A RAINY DAY
Really any song by this band, but I’ll go with this one since there’s a video. This Wild Life History.
For a book, I tend to like more emotional books on rainy days. So probably Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell.
GUILTY PLEASURE SONG – ONE THAT’S CATCHY AND ADDICTING BUT NOT A WHOLE LOT OF SUBSTANCE / GUILTY PLEASURE/TRASHY/FAST/LIGHT READ
This might be the hardest one for me. For a song, I’ll go with NOFX Linoleum. It’s one of my favorite songs.
For books, I love Entangled Teen books. They’re sweet and fluffy. So any will work, but I’ll go with one I’ve read recently. The Perfectly Imperfect Match by Kendra C. Highley.
I still don’t know anyone well, so I’m just going to tag the most recent bloggers I’ve received e-mails from. It’s totally cool if you don’t want to participate.
