I’m not sure. I just love the cover and I’m hoping to like the book. I read Summer Bird Blue and it made me cry. It dealt with grief and loss. I’m not sure for Starfish though.

Ohh is summer bird blue by the same author? I have been looking for books on grief and loss since the past year when I lost my dad. Just because I’ve always found books that talk to me better than anyone else I know in real life.

I’m a mood reader, so it’s hard for me to plan out when I’ll read something. I hate it because it’s hard to buddy read. I honestly don’t know when I’ll read Starfish. I need it to jump out at me and it hasn’t yet.

No I totally get it.. I do that a lot myself too. I get excited about some book and then go ahead and buy it. But by the time it reaches my hand, I’m already reading something. When I finish the book I’m reading, I don’t automatically pick up the book I bought last .. and instead browse my shelf and pick something up☺️
So I think let’s just exchange notes whenever each of us reads a common book instead of stressing each other out lol😊

I have such high expectations for it that it scares me a bit. But I really do want to read it soon. I’m pretty sure I have all the books so far.

I own Moxie, but haven’t got to it yet. I’ve heard mixed reviews, which is maybe why I haven’t picked it up. Have you read it yet?

I haven’t, but I do own it and it’s on my backlist TBR. I hope to get to it this year. It sounds like the perfect book for me.

Great list! I read and liked Truthwitch, but I never read the sequels. Renegades and Gemina are on my TBR.

Loved Truthwitch, Bloodleaf, and, Gemina! I also enjoyed Renegades, and seafire but they’re not my favorites. Ashlords is currently on my TBR list.
