Friday Face Off 12/27/19

I saw this on Lynn’s Book Blog and thought it would be fun to do.  I may not do every week, but I’m going to try to do as many as I can.

The Friday Face Off meme was created by Books by Proxy .  This is a great opportunity to feature some of your favorite book covers.  The rules are fairly simple each week, following a predetermined theme, choose a book, compare a couple of the different covers available for that particular book and choose your favorite.

This week’s theme is a book that is glittery or sparkly.  I couldn’t really find anything with glitter, but I have the UK edition of this book and it’s all shiny and sparkly.  Sadly it’s hard to tell by the cover photos.

I actually like all four of these covers this week, but I’m going to have to go with the one I have.  It’s just so pretty in person.

I'm Kristi. I'm a wife, mom, and grandma. I have been breeding leopard geckos for ten years. I love to read and have been trying to review more books (the reason for this blog besides wanting to talk about books with everyone). I also love music and going to concerts, mostly punk and pop punk.

      1. It does add to the reading experience though, doesn’t it, if the book is good and the cover gorgeous too. Just read The Silence of the Girls about Troy and kept admiring the cover when I picked it up. Now I’m reading something good but with an ugly cover and I open it up as quick as possible so I don’t have to look at the front! 😁
