TBR and Beyond’s February Challenge “When Royalty Comes To Play”

 

It’s time for a new game for TBR and Beyond (facebook).  You must be a member of the group to join in for the challenges.  Once you are, you can sign up for this here.  The game this month is pretty easy and looks like it will be fun.

 

 

 

The Rules:

 

This month our challenge is “When Royalty Comes to Play” event. The graphic for the challenge will be in the comments below, as well in the general group. Feel free to print it out and mark it up as you please.

To play all you have to do is pick a queen and follow her rope to the top! You can pick more than one queen if you’d like and get extra entries. It’s up to you.

The signs are up to YOUR interpretation. Example, Tradition could be a book that has traditions it in, or a holiday book or just a book you like to read every year. Just use your imagination!

Prize this month will be any book from Book Depository (up to $15 US).

Prize Entries –
Each book read is worth one entry.
Finish one rope – 5 extra entries.

Extra Entry Chances:
Color your picture – Two extra entries
Read one of February’s TBR and Beyond group books – The Girl King, The White Stag or Geekerella – Three extra entries per book. If you read all three books you will get a bonus and get 12 extra entries all together.
Read one of TBR and Beyond’s past reads from the last year and earn 2pts per each read.

– We maybe have one or two more ways to earn entries as time the month goes on, so keep an eye out for that.

 

 

My Rope:

 

I am most likely going to do:  Royalty, Witch, Villain, Curse.   I’m working on my TBR right now based off the ARCs I need to read in February.  I don’t think I’ll be able to do two ropes with the books I have, but may read a few others that will fit.
