This is a weekly meme hosted by Wandering Words, where you give the first few lines of a book to hook your readers before introducing the book.
I realized that I haven’t done one of these in about a year. I have no idea why, so I thought I would start doing them again. Not every week, but every so often.
That single word unraveled my entire life.
From the time of my father’s arrest until his verdict was delivered, nothing else mattered to me. Not school. Not my friends. Nothing. I was consumed by the trial-the lies and scandal surrounding it. There was no doubt in my mind that he was innocent, but the evidence said otherwise.
And there was plenty of that.

Dare You To Lie by Amber Lynn Natusch
If you are a big fan of Veronica Mars like I am, I highly recommend reading this. I loved this book.
Have you read Dare You To Lie yet? Are you a fan of Veronica Mars and/or Riverdale (I love both)?
