Thank you for coming back to check out part two of my most anticipated sequels.  If you missed the first post, it is the one right before this.

Again, these are in no particular order.

Anticipated 2019 Sequels/Series (part one)

I’m going to split this into two posts because of how many books are on my list.  I will likely have more books to add once there are release dates or I have read some that I’m behind on.

These books are in no particular order.  I’m also not going to share the synopsis for any in case it gives away any spoilers from the first books.

I hope that everyone who celebrates has a wonderful holiday.  I’m not a huge fan of Thanksgiving, but I do enjoy spending time with family and/or friends and eating a lot of food.

I am thankful for so many things.  Too many to list, but I want you to all know that I am very thankful for you today and everyday.

Enjoy your holiday and I hope some of you find great deals on Black Friday!

Some Authors I Want To Meet

I’ve been super lucky living a little over an hour from a great indie bookstore that has tons of author events.  I’ve gone to quite a few and I’ve shared most here on my blog.  So today I thought I would do a post with some authors I really want to meet.

This obviously isn’t a full list.  That would be insanely long.  I’m going to just do 13 for today.  I couldn’t narrow it down to 10.

I’m not going to include any author that we’ve already had a live chat for on TBR and Beyond.  I want to meet all of them.

Author Event For Marissa Meyer

My husband and I attended a book event recently for Marissa Meyer.  It was hosted by Anderson’s Bookshop, but held outside the store at the local college.  Even though I haven’t read any of Marissa’s books yet (gasp), I knew I couldn’t miss this one.  I have quite a few of her books here, but I only brought one from home.

The event started with a costume contest.  There were quite a few people dressed up.

Down The TBR Hole #56

Down The TBR Hole is a meme created by lost in a story that revolves around cleansing your TBR of all those books you’re never going to read and sort through it all to know what’s actually on there.

Most of you probably know this feeling, your Goodreads TBR pile keeps growing and growing and it seems like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. You keep adding, but you add more than you actually read. And then when youre scrolling through your list, you realize that you have no idea what half the books are about and why you added them. Well thats going to change!

It works like this:

  • Go to your goodreads to-read shelf.
  • Order on ascending date added.
  • Take the first 5 (or 10 (or even more!) if youre feeling adventurous) books. Of course, if you do this weekly, you start where you left off the last time.
  • Read the synopses of the books
  • Decide: keep it or should it go

I’m going to start doing these a little differently to save picture space/time.  I’ll still list all 15-20 books, but I’m only going to add a few pictures.  It will likely be the books I’m keeping unless there are none for the week.  Then I’ll add a few random ones so it’s not super boring.

Most Anticipated YA Releases for December 2018

It finally looks like things are slowing down a bit.  I know this won’t last, but I’m actually kind of happy that there aren’t as many books coming out in December.  I may be missing some, but these are ones that I’m looking forward to or the ones that seem to be popular with others.

*already read an arc

^still need to read the arc I have
