I'm Kristi. I'm a wife, mom, and grandma. I have been breeding leopard geckos for ten years. I love to read and have been trying to review more books (the reason for this blog besides wanting to talk about books with everyone). I also love music and going to concerts, mostly punk and pop punk.

  1. I didn’t do too badly for my July month. 33 books in total, though at least seven of them were just samplers from publishers, three of which I plan on buying because there is no such thing as self-restraint.
My favorites of last month were: Scarlet and the White Wolf by Kirby Crow, The Savior’s Champion by Jenna Morcei, and Onyx and Ivory by Mindee Arnett. Those were my top three favorites, easily. I hope to surpass August with 50 books reads, though I doubt that will happen. So much real life stuff going on here lately!
Good luck with your own reading for next month! =)

  2. I read Touch of Gold and loved it too! And I CANNOT wait for Heretics Anonymous, I’m so glad to hear it was good (as a former catholic school kid I wanna read it so bad and dont want it to suck lol)
