Thank you Entangled Teen!

It’s so fun getting mail that I’m not expecting!  And Entangled Teen has some of the best surprise packages.  I wanted to publicly thank them and share this with you.

They sent so much great stuff!  I was shocked to see a book sleeve and socks included!

Bring Me Their Hearts by Sara Wolf

Zera is a Heartless – the immortal, unageing soldier of a witch. Bound to the witch Nightsinger ever since she saved her from the bandits who murdered her family, Zera longs for freedom from the woods they hide in. With her heart in a jar under Nightsinger’s control, she serves the witch unquestioningly.

Until Nightsinger asks Zera for a Prince’s heart in exchange for her own, with one addendum; if she’s discovered infiltrating the court, Nightsinger will destroy her heart rather than see her tortured by the witch-hating nobles.

Crown Prince Lucien d’Malvane hates the royal court as much as it loves him – every tutor too afraid to correct him and every girl jockeying for a place at his darkly handsome side. No one can challenge him – until the arrival of Lady Zera. She’s inelegant, smart-mouthed, carefree, and out for his blood. The Prince’s honor has him quickly aiming for her throat.

So begins a game of cat and mouse between a girl with nothing to lose and a boy who has it all.

Winner takes the loser’s heart.

I'm Kristi. I'm a wife, mom, and grandma. I have been breeding leopard geckos for ten years. I love to read and have been trying to review more books (the reason for this blog besides wanting to talk about books with everyone). I also love music and going to concerts, mostly punk and pop punk.

  1. Nice! I wish I could get some actual DTB’s through them! I love working with Entangled though, they are so nice. I am trying to go back to this book even though it’s a DNF for now. I’m trying to read a romance at the moment cause I think maybe I needed a break from all of the fantasy books.

      1. My first review I wrote was actually one of their books I think. I think it was called All Laced Up. Super cute and got me hooked on ice skating and hockey stories.

For my blog that is… I wrote some for my college newspaper, but those are cringeworthy now. I’m going to write one for my newspaper I work at sometime soon! I’m trying to tell myself that it will happen to make myself actually do that…

A publisher contacted my work email about the YA book called Final Draft and they are sending the DTB book here and I am excited about that. 😀

    1. I didn’t ask. I have my PO box on my blog, but I also won some books from them quite awhile ago. So they had my address from that, too. But I keep my mailing address on my blog for publishers that use USPS since it’s not my street address.
