A Look Inside My Blog Planner

I thought I would share a bit of my blog planner today.  I also keep a notebook with more notes, lists, etc.

This is a look at December 2017.  Once I schedule a post, I highlight it so I know it’s done.  This is just a student planner I found on clearance at Target.  I have a hard time writing that small, so it’s pretty sloppy.

This is January’s.  I’m still filling in some of the dates.

I started doing this because of blog tours, but I’ve found that it helps me with my daily posts, too.

I was able to purchase an actual book planner off etsy and it’s so much nicer than my student planner.  I’m still working on filling it, but here are some pictures.  I highly recommend it except that I need more room for my book hauls.

I forgot to take an updated picture of these pages.  I have started to write in books that I want to read this year and I’m coloring it in once I’ve read it.

I’m not able to write a full review in this space, but I can use it for brief notes/summaries.

I still have a separate planner for my non book things, but I love having this one to help me with my blogging.  I feel better when I’m a bit more organized.

Do you have to plan things out for your blog?  Do you have a specific book planner?  A special thank you to the girls and guys in Life & Lit on facebook for sharing the link to buy this one.  I would have never found it on my own and I love it already.

  1. OMG!!! that planner is so cute! I did a Bullet Journal last year with similar ideas. I just went on pinterest and got some inspiration and did something similar. But drawing and setting up the journal takes time. Halfway through the year, I kind of stopped. Right now I’m using this planner I received from my Owlcrate, doing another Bullet Journal, and a Yearly Planner. I’m kind of obsessed with planners haha.

  2. oh I love this! All of my notes are scattered currently between notebooks and my computer, it’s a mess. I try to stay on top of it and keep it organized a little but I always change my mind on how I want to keep track of everything and then I end up with it everywhere.

  3. I really really wanted that planner but I couldn’t afford it at the time 😦 I use my bullet journal though and I really like the flexibility of being able to design my own spreads so I’m happy with what I’ve got.

  4. I love how organized you are! My coblogger and I actually use Google Calendar to know what days we have posts scheduled for! Personally though I do use a physical planner for life things so maybe I should start including bookish things in it too! Awesome idea, thanks for sharing!
