November 2017 FairyLoot Unboxing

November’s FairyLoot theme was Ladies That Slay.  Unfortunately, this will be my last FL for at least a couple months.  I missed out on December (twice) and I already ordered the book they are doing for January.  Hopefully I can start again after that because I really love their boxes.

I ordered this box because I knew they were including an ARC.  I already have The Last Namsara, so look for a giveaway soon for my extra copy.

The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli with signed bookplate.  This is an exclusive cover that is all silver vs the US released edition with gold.

Loving this book sleeve from Aunjuli Art.  The inside lining is waterproof!

The ARC included is Furyborn by Claire Legrand.  This book comes out in May 2018, so I’m pretty excited to have a very early copy.

While I love all of these items, my favorite is the This Mortal Coil pin.  This was a bonus item and I love the book.  The Fire Is Catching badge was made exclusively by Literary Emporium.  Flick The Wick made the Brightest Witch Candle based off Hermione Granger.  Bookish Teas made the Blue’s Brew inspired by Blue Sargent from The Raven Cycle.  I don’t really like tea, but this one smells amazing.  The Fight Darkness sticker was designed by Reverie & Ink and the quote is from An Ember in the Ashes.

As always, there are cards/papers inside for various things.  This is the spoiler card, bookmark, letter from the author, and newsletter with next month’s theme.  Oh So Regal is the theme for December and I’m so bummed that I missed out on this one.  It sold out really fast.

Do you get FL (either subscription or month by month like I do)?  What was your favorite item in this box?  Which box has been your favorite so far?

I'm Kristi. I'm a wife, mom, and grandma. I have been breeding leopard geckos for ten years. I love to read and have been trying to review more books (the reason for this blog besides wanting to talk about books with everyone). I also love music and going to concerts, mostly punk and pop punk.
